1.Responsible for providing Tier One and Tier Two and Lab re-create technical support including troubleshooting wireless data carrier networks to quickly resolve downtime and outages. The technical issues all include troubleshooting problems with wireless technologies including UMTS/LTE and CDMA as well as wireless protocols 3GPP and 3GPP2 standards

2.Providing support primarily on the Cisco ASR5000/ASR5500/ASR5700/Virtual packet core QVPC chassis platforms and it's supported interface elements (Maviner, Openet, tekelec level 1 support).

  - Configuration of the Gr, Gb, Gi, Ge, and IUPS interfaces in GPRS network.

  - Packet Core network element integration in backbone and interoperability.

  - Packet Data Traffic Theory and Analysis (i.e. Gb /over IP , Frame Relay /,Iu /Sigtran –   

   RANAP/ Gn /GTP/, Gi/TCP-IP/, Ga /CAMEL/, Gr /Sigtran-MAP/ , Gy /Diameter / , Gx 

  /Diameter, SS7 E1 ).

  - Packet Core statistical data and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) projection and analysis.

  - Troubleshoot HSDPA throughput problems.
